Why work with me

This is not your cookie cutter physical therapy

I do not see you for 15 minutes and then pass you off to an assistant.  We will be working together as a team during your entire program to not only fix your immediate concern, but equally important, to address the biomechanics that will maximize your performance for the long term and decrease the likelihood of a relapse.

The first step is to get you back to action, to get you back to doing what you love most, without pain.  The second step is retrain your biomechanics and alignment to prevent future injuries and keep you performing at your best.

What to Expect

First visit:  85 minute assessment to evaluate your overall wellness and address any specific issues.  You will leave this visit with a personalized treatment plan.  Most treatment plans prescribe 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks.

Subsequent Visits:  55 minute one-on-one sessions typically start with hands on manual therapy, and may include any of the modalities listed below.  This is followed by strength and stretching movements to address musculoskeletal issues.
